I grew up on a family farm in Trenton, Nebraska. Service In the United State Navy from May 1989-June 1993. Spent 17 years at a large CNH dealership in Hoxie, KS. With the fast integration of technology in farming, I always knew more could be done to make better use of what was available. In 2012, I formed PACLeader, a company that helps guide growers through today’s challenging technology market.

I have an extensive electrical background from houses to wind turbines. I started working for PACLeader in January 2023 and ever since then, providing farmers with reliable equipment at a competitive investment has been my passion. Zechariah Hamel

I am an avid waterfowl hunter.  I enjoy fixing older vehicles and I have worked on farms, running a spray rig and a custom applicator and before PACLeader I was a CLAAS Lexion Combine technician.  My favorite part of my job is bringing in a worn out planter and doing a full rebuild and it leaving PACLeader like brand new for a fraction of the cost of new. 

I enjoy giving growers an affordable option to fix and make their equipment better.
